1 Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders and deliveries made via the online shop ‘nureinephase.ch’. The operator of the online shop is Ruben Deckwerth, based in Fröschbach 62, 8117 Fällanden, Switzerland. By placing an order, you declare your agreement with these GTC.

7 Warranty and liability

7.1 The statutory warranty rights shall apply.

7.2 We shall be liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health which are based on an intentional or negligent breach of duty by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents. We shall only be liable for other damages in the event of wilful or grossly negligent breach of duty.
